FAQ’s is basically a page that gives our clients answers to frequently asked questions that have come up over a period of time.
Are you insured?
Yes we are. We have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds and our cover will also cover theft and key loss.

Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our full public liability cover.
What areas do you cover?
Our carpet cleaning services are also available on certain days in Yaxley, Crowland, Market Deeping, Eye, Eye Green, Wansford, Huntingdon, St Neots, Oundle, Whittlesey, Thorney, Stilton, Sawtry, Wittering, Stamford, Deeping St James, Water Newton and Spalding.
Do you charge per hour or per job?
We charge Per Job.
Can you clean my carpets when I am at work?
No problem. Our company and all employees are covered by insurance. We are happy to collect a key from a neighbour or other location near to your home.
Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
We provide all of the cleaning materials and equipment needed to clean your carpets.
How long will it take my carpets to dry out after the service?
As you can appreciate. This varies on type of carpet, fibres, and how old your carpet is. At an extra cost, we can employ dryers on site to speed up the drying process.
How soon can you send a carpet cleaner to my place?
We generally schedule a time convenient to you. We also have an emergency call out service. (emergency call out rates are available upon request)
What methods of carpet cleaning do you use?
We use a deep clean method of cleaning where the water cleans deep into your carpet fibres.
Do you do dry carpet cleaning?
No. Unfortunately not.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We take cash, cheque, credit/debit cards as payment. Note: £20 deposit is normally required before one of our operatives visits your home. When paying by credit/debit card, PayPal makes paying your carpet cleaning easy. After registering your debit or credit card details, members can instantly and securely send money. Its safe, free and easy to use and only takes a few minutes to sign up.
Is there a minimum charge?
No. Unless you are in an area too far from our location. Note: We will need to book in an appointment at a time to suit our cleaner.
Do you guarantee your service?
Yes. Our work is fully guaranteed. If you are not happy with the result, we’ll re-clean your carpet for free and at no extra charge. If you’re still not happy, we’ll offer you a full refund no questions asked.
Do you do Scotchguard or stain protection?
Yes, we provide Scotchguard™ or stain protection to all types of carpets. Please call 01733 806588 for more information.
What are your office working hours?
Our working hours for carpet cleaning are 9am to 7pm, Monday – Friday, 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
